Return & Refund Policy

At Brac’s Baits LLC, we take pride in handcrafting every bait and offering high-quality print-on-demand merchandise. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final with the exception of items damaged in shipping.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

• All apparel and merchandise items are print-on-demand and made specifically for your order.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email bracsbaits@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom Baits

• Nearly all baits are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged during shipping.
• Please email bracsbaits@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage (photos required). Approved claims will be replaced with the same product originally ordered.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Brac’s Baits LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
